A New Halloween Scare Comes To The City Of Atlanta!

Tired of the "same-old, same-old" Halloween agenda every year? Not really certain if you should play along with the dress-up crowd? Never know exactly what to do or what to wear every Fall? Well, there is another option for those that dwell in the city of Atlanta this year. If you didn't already know, Atlanta is playing host to perhaps one of the biggest Halloween parties in the country this October, and it's jam-packed with quality entertainment. There will be live music, comedy, magic, dancing, and the mystery of a masquerade all wrapped up in a big, but not really that scary a package.

A breath of fresh air is what this year's Atlanta Halloween Ball will bring to "trick or treaters" looking for something different. This coming Halloween Eve you might find refuge from the ghouls and goblins of traditional Halloween spookiness if you attend The Atlanta Halloween Ball coming October 30th to The Fabulous Fox Theatre downtown. For many, this is long overdue! It appears there are a significant number of folks that want to see and experience something new over the 2010 Halloween Atlanta weekend.

The Atlanta Halloween Ball will take place at The Fabulous Fox Theatre on Saturday, October 30th, 2010 at 8pm. Proceeds from the event will benefit Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, one of the city's most prominent not-for-profit companies. Organizers are very excited about the October evening claiming that this Halloween party is something that Atlanta will benefit from not just this Halloween, but for many to come. "We can't wait for this event to take place," says Bryan Colson, one of the events organizers. "When we came up with this idea, everything just seemed to fall into place as to why, what, where, and how. Everyone that gets involved in this is going to benefit. That's what we wanted and it's shaping up nicely!"

And here is what's shaping up: with the purchase of your ticket you get pretty much everything you might expect from a formal, up-scale, all-out big-city bash! There will be live music from Atlanta's best big band The Prudentials (11 members strong), a fantastic emcee to run the show throughout the night, magic, comedy, professional "Dancing With The Stars" type dancers, finger food, an open bar, white-linen tables and chairs, and of course, the elegance and ambience of The Fabulous Fox Theatre! Also, don't forget to wear your best masquerade mask for a chance at winning a cruise for the "Best Mask" prize. What more can you ask for on Halloween in Atlanta 2010?

There is no question that this event brings with it a chance for Atlanta to experience something different each Fall. And why would it not be a welcomed change? Elegance and mystery take the place of scary and "made-up!" Couples can dress up and embrace the mystery of the masquerade, an Atlanta Halloween Event that undoubtedly still remains appropriate to the Fall setting. The masks replace the bloody, ragged, and scary costumes of old while igniting the imaginations of ballers planning to attend. Curiosities will undoubtedly run high in anticipation of such an event as the creators seem to have stumbled on to something that is very promising to say the least. An A+ to The Atlanta Halloween Ball and the organizers of this creative formal affair!
