They also serve vegetarian pastas with ricotta, mushrooms, gnocchi, and more in a variety of sauces from tomato to Alfredo or mushroom sauce. There is a seafood pasta section of the menu and a variety of risottos as well. Prices are very reasonable for the great Italian cuisine this restaurant provides.
Firenze Ristorante has been in business since 1992 and the restaurant looks like it came right out of Italy. The floors are terracotta and the walls stucco while the tables are lit by candlelight. The owner is very friendly and the staff greets you as if they have known you for years, and they have known many of the guests for years.
The menu starts with a variety of appetizers including prosciutto with cheese and olives, or a traditional and tasty bruschetta. You can get calamari here but it is different as it is served with peas in a sauce made of tomatoes. Salads are many as well including a regular romaine salad that is topped off with tomatoes and mushrooms. You will pay anywhere between 7 to 16 dollars for an appetizer.
You can get any type of pasta in any kind of sauce known to man for up to 25 dollars. They have chicken that is stuffed with different cheeses and ham and served in a cream or a wine sauce. They also have the veal or chicken piccata or Marsala but they also serve both as a pizzaiola. You can choose from an exotic quail or lamb or pick sausage or seafood entrees. Top the dinner off with a luscious dessert. You will find Firenzi's on the square in Bellevue and they will welcome you for either dinner or lunch.
Bellevue has a few pizza restaurants and other smaller and chain type Italian Restaurants besides the two above. Firenzi and Andiamo�???, ?s are the restaurants that people go to for great Italian food and have very good reviews from customers.
